Web Standards Library Update - Week of January 27, 2014

This week included significant updates to Bootstrap and CoffeeScript. In addition, NodeJX, srcN-polyfill and extractCSS were new projects that seemed to garner a lot of attention.

Bootstrap 3.1.0 was released and includes three new templates: Blog, Cover, and Dashboard.

NodeJX is a fork of Node.js that supports multithreading.

The srcN-polyfill is a responsive images polyfill that mimics the proposed srcN syntax.

extractCSS is a tool that extracts ids, classes and inline styles from a HTML document and outputs as a stylesheet.

CoffeeScript 1.7 includes a number of improvements including improved error message, source maps and stack trackes.
